Freight

Please contact us to confirm freight prices. Where possible we will send items by Australia Post. We recommend registered mail. Please advise if you would like the items insured.

We are happy to combine postage for multiple items.

Choose a payment method

We prefer direct deposit to our account and goods will be despatched upon receipt. We also accept cheques and money orders made out to Weirder the Better. Please complete the details on your order form or contact us for credit card payments. Please note we do not accept Diners or American Express. We accept payment via PayPal.

Terms of Sale

Goods will be forwarded depending on stock availability and receipt of full payment. All goods are new and in good condition when leaving our premises. Please check all goods on delivery. In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged please let the courier/post office aware immediately. Delivery times are approximate.

Claims/Refunds

Weirder the Better do not exchange or refund unless goods are faulty. No return of goods will be accepted without prior consent from us.

Warranty

Generally our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Stilts are covered by a one year warranty however the clips, straps, springs and feet will be covered for six (6) months. This warranty does not cover the items if they are not used for their original purpose instructions are not followed and/or are misused.
