Generally speaking the larger the hoop the easier it is to use.

We advise most teenagers or adults of average size to choose our large hoop.

The bigger you are, the bigger the hoop should be.

Rule of thumb is that your hoop should come up to about hip height.

Larger hoops will rotate a little more slowly, making it a little easier.
