Postage and Ordering

How to order:
Log in or create your self a customer account.
Find what you would like to order.
Make sure you have the right colour or size.
If there isn’t a pull down option just put it in the comments section when you order.
Check your shopping basket and make sure everything is in there and nothing has fallen out!
Check the order quantity, one juggling club isn’t much fun.
Choose your payment method
Enter any special comments eg: Colour, size, express post.
Click Update and Checkout.
Make sure the address is correct.
Remember we can bill you and post it to your friends or family.
Make sure it’s your name and details in the Billing address and there details in the delivery address.
We will post the receipt to you and the parcel to them.
When you process your order it will come to us via email and we will email back with postage costs.

Direct deposit: If you are paying via direct deposit choose Direct Deposit and continue, we will email you our details as soon as we get your order.

Credit Card? We do not keep your credit card details after you have ordered. Your details go onto a secure online site that we can only see and as soon as the order is paid for your details are permanently deleted.

PayPal: If paying via PayPal you can pay for your order as soon as you go through the checkout then we will let you know the postage costs.

Overseas? Yes you can order. Please pay via PayPal.

Express post. We can send anything by express post. The cheapest way for smaller things is by using express post satchels.
The biggest express post satchel is 5kg and is $19.10 The next size down can hold up to 3kg’s and costs $11.70
The smaller satchel measures 22cm x 36cm It can hold up to 500 grams and costs $8.50

Need it quick? The fastest way to get your goodies to you is pay by Credit Card and ask for express post.
